The minimum hire for a van with driver is 2 hours (from €100). Movers/loaders are charged at €20/h per person.
Yes, carrying by lift or stairs is included in the hourly rate for movers. There are no surcharges for floor level or the absence of a lift.
Payment is made after the work is done, by cash or bank transfer. The amount is fixed before we start.
Yes, you can hire labour only — for loading, carrying furniture upstairs or assembly — at €20/h per person.
In the chat we give you an estimate straight away. The exact quote, VAT (IVA) included, arrives on WhatsApp once we have checked the route, the volume and carrier availability. The job is only booked when you confirm it.
We organise it, and a professional, vetted carrier partnering with MoveValencia carries it out with their own van and crew. We stay in touch with you from start to finish.
Yes. The quoted price includes VAT (IVA, 21 %), and the invoice is issued by the carrier who performs the service.
A 3.5 t van carries roughly 1.4–1.6 t of load. If yours is bigger, we suggest two trips or a second vehicle before the job. No cost is ever added without your agreement.
Yes. Send us photos and rough measurements of the large furniture on WhatsApp and we will work out the volume and price remotely.
Help with loading (often you then need no movers), have boxes and bags ready by the door and keep a parking spot free for the van. If your date is flexible, tell us: it makes it easier to find an available carrier.
